Customs and import taxes

Any customs and import taxes are the buyers responsability. Oppium Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Oppium Paris never have access to your credit card informations.

Returns and exchanges

Due to the nature of these items (custom/personalized orders and hygiene reasons), no refund or exchange is possible. However if the jewel is not suitable or broken, the buyers have the possibility to send back the item so we will repair it and send them back to the buyer. Return shipping cost are the buyers responsability. Thanks for sending us the tracking number when the parcel was shipped.

Shipping

The creation time varies from a few days to 6 weeks. This is not including shipping time. Contact us for more specific information.

In the case of a delay or suspected purchase lost in transit, you have 7 days after the expected date of arrival to make a claim with us at oppiumparis.contact@gmail.com . All packages will come with a tracking number and it will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
