2. Products

All our body jewelry pieces are handmade with the highest care and described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Small variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of the products.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) but excluding shipping fees.

Oppium Paris reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Measurements

Our body jewelry is custom-made based on the buyer’s measurements. A size guide is provided on the product page, and measurements must be sent when placing the order (via the comment box) or by email after purchase.

If measurements are not provided:

• Oppium Paris will contact the buyer by email to request the information.

• The production process will only start after receiving the correct measurements.

• If the buyer fails to provide measurements within 12 months from the purchase date, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

6. Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. Oppium Paris is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Production & Shipping

Processing time: Creation time varies from a few days to 6 weeks, depending on the design. This does not include shipping time.

Shipping options & delivery times:

• France: approx. 48h

• EU: 3–5 business days

• International: 6–8 business days

All packages are shipped with Colissimo and include a tracking number, sent by email once your order is shipped.

For express shipping, please contact us.

Lost or delayed packages: In case of delay or suspected loss, you have 7 days after the expected delivery date to make a claim at oppiumparis.contact@gmail.com.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

Due to the custom and intimate nature of our products (personalized items and body jewelry), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds (in accordance with EU law exceptions for custom-made and hygienic products).

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a repair service:

• The buyer must return the item in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

• Please provide a tracking number when shipping back.

Oppium Paris is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by incorrect use of the jewelry.

• Delays caused by carriers or customs.

• Orders delayed or cancelled due to missing measurements from the buyer.
